UNESCO Culinary Ambassador · WACS-Certified Judge · Michelin Beijing Founding Team Member

Born into a culinary lineage, Chef Hao Wenjie trained under Master Hou Ruixuan, architect of China’s modern state banquet system. As UNESCO Ambassador of Intangible Culinary Heritage, he has led three China Day banquets at the UN Headquarters, presenting what the Los Angeles Times called “an edible cultural white paper.” His Neo-Classical Chinese cuisine fuses tradition with innovation—where every pleat of a soup dumpling is not only handcrafted but culturally encoded. Chef Hao invites the world to the table, one elegant fold at a time.
