出身厨艺世家,郝文杰师傅传承新中国国宴体系奠基人侯瑞轩大师衣钵,重塑钓鱼台厨房的待客之道。他以中餐为媒,三度执掌联合国总部中国日晚宴,被《洛杉矶时报》盛赞为“可食用的文化白皮书”。他开创“新古典中国菜”理念,融汇江南传统与现代技法,不断探索中华味道的世界语言。
